Piezo Signal Analysis

PSA monitoring - tool for slug control, punch breakage and monitoring of the embossing areas; the smallest slugs are detected by means of a PSA sensor. Punch breakage and embossing areas can also be monitored. The feeding of additional items for the production of complete assemblies can also be monitored precisely. Monitoring is carried out using an envelope curve or the new integral difference method. The signals are displayed via the time deflection.
