Die Protection

The tool guard with multiple window monitoring offers protection at every machine position. This ensures monitoring right from the start of a movement in the punching tool and can therefore have a decisive influence on the switch-off time. Tool damage can be prevented much more reliably with this monitoring system. Rapid signal changes that occur when parts are ejected through air can also be monitored without any problems.

Modern teach-in function with up to 8 monitoring windows per channel (static/dynamic). Output behavior of each individual monitoring window freely adjustable (immediate/OT stop; shift register) The system limit is 64 input channels.
